Fasterners by Culvert/Structure Material
Screws and anchors are selected to suit the host structure, not the product being installed.
CONCRETE CULVERTS
Wedge (masonry) Anchor
316 stainless, with washer and nut. Two lengths held in stock to suit embedment depth and load.
PLASTIC CULVERTS
Woodtek Screw
Coarse-thread, self-drilling, hex flange washer head. 316 stainless.
STEEL / METAL CULVERTS
Self-Drilling TEK Screw
Hex head, drills and taps its own thread – no pre-drilling. Galv or 316 depending on structures material.

150MM FLEXIBAFFLE
50×50 Square Cleat
For the 150mm FlexiBaffle we use a 316 stainless square cleat, this pins the baffle edge flush against the culvert wall. Fixed with the screw or anchor that matches the host structure’s material
MUSSEL ROPE
D-Ring & Clasp
Mussel Rope is anchored to the structure with a 316 stainless D-ring and clasp set (no penny washer), fixed using the anchor or screw that matches your structure material.
EVERYTHING ELSE (NOT INCLUDING TIDE GATES)
Penny Washer
Every other product in the range (including the 100mm FlexiBaffle) is fixed with the same 316 stainless penny washer, spreading clamping load so it doesn’t tear or pull through the product material.
